1 potato golden, red, russet, really use the style you like

Getting your homemade fry on!

Prepare the french fries. I used a russet potato, but you could just as easily use a golden. Slice with a slicer or use a knife.

3

Time to take the fries to the oil hot tub (whoa slow down and read the next sentence). Put the fries in the oil before heating them up. After the fries are coated then bring the oil to a boil. You want your fries to be cooked by not crispy! After they are done pile them up on a plate and use a paper towel to damp the oil off.

Time for the cool crisp slaw.

Now if you want to shred your own slaw, I won't be mad at you, but I just grabbed a pre-shredded bag for speed. To make the dressing it is very easy.

Coleslaw Dressing
1. 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil of your choice
2. 1.5 tablespoons of white vinegar
3. Black pepper cracked and a pinch of salt
4. Pinch of sugar
Toss all the ingredients together and put aside.

Building the sandwich

1. Start by putting down 1 slice of bread.
2.Next layer your choice of meat
3.Add the cheese
4.Put on those golden fries
5.Slap the slaw down
6.Put down two or three slices of tomato
7.Top with the last slice of bread
