  • Does your son pack every order?
    • No. As an example the shirts come directly from the source. We don't produce our shirts. He will drop thank you cards in the mail.  
  • How long do orders take?
    • It depends on the type of product. Our flags and wooden items coult take 2-3 weeks. Where shirts typically take around a week after the order is placed. Not including transit time.
  • Do you donate to charity?
    • Yes, but we are not accepting any solicatation for donations at this time.
  • What is your return policy?
    • We stand behind our handcrafted quality. Returns are not accepted for products. However, if we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a defect or damage please email us to see how we can resolve the issue.
  • What materials are your products made from?
    • Our wooden flags and wall art are handcrafted from white wood with durable finishes. Apparel is made to order. All products are designed to last and made with rebellious hope.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70! Orders under $70 vary on product size but we work really hard to keep costs low. All orders include tracking.
  • Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
    • Yes we offer local pick up for your products. We do this through a public meeting spot or we can even drop off at your house. *Some exclusions apply on large or custom items for free local delivery.
  • Where are your products made?
    • All Joyency candles, flags, wooden items, and earrings are proudly handcrafted in the heartland of America—supporting small-batch craftsmanship and our mission to provide meaningful learning and social opportunities for our adult son with autism.
    • Our apparel is designed and printed in the USA.
    • Joyency one-of-a-kind private label or upcycled pieces are designed and restored in Iowa, though the original country of origin may vary.
  • How can I track my order?
    • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status in your account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If you are having your order delivered or arrange a pickup you will get an email or text from us.
  • How do I care for my Joyency t-shirts? 
    • Our shirts are 100% cotton and printed using DTG (Direct to Garment) method, which gives them a slightly vintage, worn-in look. To keep your shirt looking rebellious:
    • Wash: Follow the care label directions. Machine wash cold with like colors
    • Dry: Tumble dry low or hang dry to prevent shrinkage.
    • Avoid: High heat, bleach, and harsh detergents
    • Pro tip: If you're worried about shrinkage, order a size up from extra room
    • Pick wisely, wash gently, and wear rebelliously! 🤘
