Some things don't need reinvented.

The American flag is one of them.

We build this one the way we think it ought to be built, from real wood, one at a time in our Iowa workshop.

Each flag is cut, burned, stained and assembled by hand. Our carving process gives the flag its signature wave, while the natural grain and burn patterns make every one a little different.

No vinyl printed to look like wood.

No two exactly alike.

Just an American flag made from actual wood by actual people who will probably still have sawdust in their shoes at dinner.

Built One at a Time

Real wood doesn't come off an assembly line looking identical.

Grain changes. Burns change. Stain takes differently from board to board.

We consider that a feature.

Your flag will have its own character because that's what happens when you make things out of trees instead of plastic.
